I see pages stating dummy-uvm.so is needed to run Linux CUDA apps on FreeBSD here and there. And AFAIK the only ports having the file in its pkg-plist is science/linux-ai-ml-env. Note that, on native FreeBSD versions of nvidia driver packages, nvidia-uvm.ko is not at all provided (no related sources included in upstream tarball).
