With your patch, works fine (hw.dri.0.busid: pci:0000:01:00.0).

Just to be sure, tried without your patch, resulting failure (hw.dri.0.busid:
pci:0000:01:00.6). Busid differs with both successful case and previous failure
case.

And I agree with that already out-of-support version on ports tree can be
dropped here, too. (My understanding is that pre-13.5 of branch 13 can be
dropped.)

As I'm not a committer, I cannot commit the patch by myself.
