I was using the nvidia-drm-66-kmod until my dual monitor setup broke.
I followed your bug report from ML and found I have the exact same issue.

I have deinstalled the nvidia-drm-66-kmod, compiled nvidia-drm-61-kmod with
your patch, then rebooted, and got a kernel panic.
