FYI: As for the DRM changes, they have landed in the drm-kmod GitHub repo, but
not yet in releases, so are not currently in any of our DRM ports.  I'm working
with DRM guys to ensure that these will be updated before the 15.0 release,
despite 2025Q4 having been branched yesterday.
