PoC patch for DEFAULT_VERSIONS way (not using added Uses)

For convenience on discussion about FLAVOR'ization vs DEFAULT_VERSIONS,
uploaded my PoC diff provided at forums, with fixups for line numbers only to
apply cleanly to current main branch of ports tree.

This doesn't use newly added Mk/Uses/xlibre.mk and Mk/Uses/xlibre-cat.mk.

Maybe this would be the simplest. As actual test needs another partition or
drive not to conlict things, not at all tested (too few resources in hand).
Just tried to apply.
