I've been told by jbeich@ in bug 292394 to not omit steps to reproduce PRs so:

- One does need FreeBSD ≥15 (/usr/include/ssp* existing)
- One needs to explicitly opt in to Features/fortify.mk via e.g.
"WITH_FORTIFY_PORTS=     devel/libepoll-shim" in poudriere set make.conf
