I made time to download and install 13.4-RELEASE, but unfortunately, the pkg
system is messed up such that I couldn't install any packages on that release.
There is a mismatch between the 13.4 on the disk and the 13.5 on the pkg server
so the pkg command fails. No amount of tweaking the configuration worked.
According to my mentor ChatGPT, the remote package state is for 13.5 and
there's no going back. I gotta say, if that is true, it's a huge mess.

Bottom line, I used up all the time I set aside to try testing 13.4 again, as a
result of this mess.

If I find time later, I would rather install the source, and debug this ugly X 
problem on 14 or 15 rather than going back to a release I can no longer use
reliably due to a broken package system. No point in fighting THAT battle.
Sigh.
