I am closing this bug because it is a user configuration issue, not a defect in
x11/xcb-util-cursor. The error logs show locale set to "C" with US-ASCII
encoding instead of UTF-8, and kwin fails to connect to PipeWire. These are
environment configuration problems (locale, Wayland compositor setup, missing
environment variables), not port bugs.
