I am closing this bug per the reporter's own suggestion from December 2022:
"Possibly it was fixed in the recent driver updates." The kernel panic occurs
in nvidia's obfuscated closed-source resource manager code, which cannot be
debugged or fixed from the FreeBSD side. No core dumps remain and no
reproducible case exists.
