[Bug 291829] devel/libclc: build error on FreeBSD 15

Can confirm it also fails in 14.4-R amd64 poudriere jail. I would suggest
renaming PR to somethink like "devel/libclc fails to build when devel/llvm19
linked against libLLVM statically" as it doesn't depend on FreeBSD version.

I've found similar issue in another OpenCL stuff [0], but unfortunately, I'm
not sure how to fix this in libclc context.
