[Bug 293362] graphics/nvidia-drm-kmod: No devices on 15.0

I compiled the new version on 16-current.

It hangs on `nvidia-smi` and `startx`.  The hang also prevents a reboot of the
system.

For Linux nvidia-smi (same version) I get:

sudo ./usr/bin/nvidia-smi
Failed to initialize NVML: GPU access blocked by the operating system

Nothing in dmesg.  Hardware is RTX 5090 in a AMD 5950x system.
