As noted in UPDATING dated 20260327, 595 series of drivers dropped supports for
pre-Turing generation of architectures. (Starting from 590 series.)

  https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/blob/main/UPDATING

Your GeForce GT 1030 (GP108-A) is no longer supported by Production Branch of
drivers, so you need to switch to newly added -580 variant of legacy drivers.

Note that, as NVIDIA hasn't yet released updated legacy 580 series of drivers,
x11/nvidia-kmod-580, x11/nvidia-driver-580, graphics/nvidia-drm-*-kmod-580 and
x11/linux-nvidia-libs-580 are still at 580.142 just as yours.

You can confirm which GPU is last supported by which branch currently here.

https://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/FreeBSD-x86_64/595.58.03/README/supportedchips.html

So this is not a bug and working as intended.
And please have a good habit to confirm UPDATING regularly.
