(In reply to Antoine Brodin from comment #4)
Antoine, thank you very much!

graphics/blender - the failure is unrelated to numpy update.

misc/py-aider-chat (maintained by [email protected]) has to be verified with
numpy2.

devel/py-pyopencl, graphics/py-PyOpenGL* will be updated to newer version along
with the switch.

math/py-hdbscan ([email protected]) has to be updated, latest release
supports numpy2.

graphics/piglit ([email protected]) - this ports is heavily outdated, not used by
anything in the ports tree. I'm going to mark it deprecated along with numpy1

The rest are ports maintained by [email protected]:
devel/py-ewah-bool-utils
finance/py-ta-lib
math/py-CyLP
math/py-SQNomad
math/py-fsph
math/py-pyodeint
misc/urh
science/py-GPy
science/py-MDAnalysis
science/py-gpaw
science/py-libgetar
science/py-tensorflow
science/salome-kernel
textproc/py-gensim

Yuri, could you look at these?
