Yuri, your ports are the only stoppers to the update:

* finance/py-ta-lib       v0.6.8 is available. Depends on outdated (2016)
devel/ta-lib, 4 consumers
* math/py-CyLP v0.94.0 is available (still fails to build). No
consumers, depends on math/py-scipy
* math/py-SQNomad No new release. 1 consumer, all could stay with
numpy1
* math/py-fsph No new release. No consumers, could stay with numpy1
* science/py-GPy No new release. 1 consumer, depends on math/py-scipy
* science/py-MDAnalysis No new release. 1 consumer, depends on math/py-scipy
* science/py-gpaw No new release. No consumers, depends on
math/py-scipy
* science/py-libgetar No new release. No consumers, could stay with numpy1
* science/py-tensorflow No new release, can be fixed
* science/salome-kernel v9_15_0 is available. No consumers, depends on
math/py-scipy
* textproc/py-gensim 4.4.0 is available (still fails to build). No
consumers, depends on math/py-scipy

Ports that depends on math/py-scipy will be marked BROKEN.
