seeing the same errors on 14.4-RELEASE-p3/amd64 (FreeBSD clang version 19.1.7)

between _7 and _9 of the dist, the CWARNFLAGS from /usr/src/sys/conf/kern.mk
(not saying that was the source of them, just that the list is the same and in
the same order) no longer make their way onto the compiler invocation (looking
at that file which errored in comment #0). whether thats for better or worse is
beyond my philosophical musings

this patch made it compile and package. i'm not sure whether the missing
CWARNFLAGS will be missed. hopefully one of the wise folk will chime in here
