The following ports will stay at numpy1:

graphics/piglit
math/py-fsph
science/py-libgetar

Ports to be marked BROKEN:

finance/py-ta-lib
math/py-CyLP
math/py-SQNomad
science/py-GPy
science/py-gpaw
science/salome-kernel
textproc/py-gensim

All other fallouts are fixed.
