For amd64 the main blocker is drm-kmod (meta port) selection logic.
drm-612-kmod or FreeBSD 15.1 alone aren't enough because package-only users
will still get a broken combination by default.

"pkg install drm-kmod mesa-devel" on the latest FreeBSD -RELEASE should just
work. No need to select different drm-??-kmod, let alone compile unreleased
drm-kmod or /stable/?? from source.

Ignoring mesa-devel the same issue would happen to mesa-dri if updated. So,
let's rename the bug and reassign.
