It seems like this is a problem that always happens whenever that version
bumps.

It seems like OSVERSION is picked up from /usr/include first, but maybe it
would be better to prioritize picking it up from ${SRCBASE} in Mk/Uses/kmod.mk.

If this is going to be renovated, that kind of method is expected, so it
probably wouldn't be limited to portmaster.
