After doing a pkg upgrade today, my monitoring immediately alerted me to dozens
of servers suddenly having 1.5 GB extra in the (always kept rather small) /usr
partition. 

Tracking back, I found that /usr/local had increased by that size because of a
new /usr/local/llvm19 directory, and that tracked back to
spirv-llvm-translator-llvm19-19.1.19, which in turn tracked back to
mesa-libs-26.0.6 that requires it. 

Is the addition of a full-scale LLVM on servers that do zero compiling (that's
all left to Poudriere) really required? 

It feels like, at least, a slight upset to POLA.
