Austin, is this patch needed for all graphics/nvidia-drm-*-kmod* ports?

Not read upstream graphics/drm-*-kmod ports, but reading codes of oldest
supported base release branch, releng/14.3, seem to be doing (actually) the
same as documented in comments.
So I think conditionals for OSVERSION is NOT needed.

If the issue is 612 specific, graphics/nvidia-drm-612-kmod{-580|devel} and
graphics/nvidia-drm-latest-kmod{-580|devel} would need patch, but others won't.
