Noticed that there are two version of the macro

1. #define DRM_IOCTL_I915_GEM_CONTEXT_CREATE       DRM_IOWR (DRM_COMMAND_BASE +
DRM_I915_GEM_CONTEXT_CREATE, struct drm_i915_gem_context_create)

2. #define DRM_IOCTL_I915_GEM_CONTEXT_CREATE_EXT   DRM_IOWR (DRM_COMMAND_BASE +
DRM_I915_GEM_CONTEXT_CREATE, struct drm_i915_gem_context_create_ext)

The _EXT one have one extra argument

bool
i915_gem_create_context_ext(int fd,
                            enum intel_gem_create_context_flags flags,
                            uint32_t *ctx_id)

bool
i915_gem_create_context(int fd, uint32_t *context_id)

I wonder what the difference would be?
