Option description is not correct. Of course it is not required for mesa, it is
required only when mesa is configured in specific way, which always worked
before mesa 26.
mesa-libs-24.1.7_1, for example, builds perfectly fine without AMDGPU in llvm
(of course I also have build log for that).
