    Mk/Uses/xorg-cat.mk: Add NO_ARCH=yes and add test to CATEGORIES

    Add test to CATEGORIES.
    Add NO_ARCH=yes to data and doc.
    If category is font and NOFONT is not specified, set NO_ARCH=yes.
    Add USE_LDCONFIG=yes to lib,meson.
