drm 6.12 panic with Dell docking station

It seems there's something about a   "Dell Thunderbolt Dock 
WD22TB4" connected to a Dell Latitude 5540 that it doesn't like on boot ..

I've been unable to capture a crash dump :-( Any thoughts?
