Log Message:
-----------
- use -f option when running pkg_add [1]
- log slightly more than before
[1] If you build a perl port/package with your own __MAKE_CONF,
post-install script looks for that. So, when running pkg_add in a
different environment it fails if it can't spam /your/own/make.conf.
If -f is not given, pkg is not being installed. Funny, uh?
