So I gave up on 1.1 and got version 2 installed and working.

I have also added the files to the extra/customroot folder and that  
seems to make
it to the final image.

Two questions.

1. Is there a script to run to edit the rc.conf file?
I just created my own and added to the customroot directory.
I'm guessing since there was a way to edit in version 1.1 that there may
be a way in 2.

2. How do I add users with the adduser extra script?
I have tried a few things with no luck.
