small update for customscripts and pf plugin

Hi,

I made two small changes for customscripts and pf plugin.

For customscripts plugin, you can now specify a different directory
for scripts with CUSTOMSCRIPTS in freesbie.conf like customroot does:

http://djdomics.free.fr/FreeBSD/freesbie2/patches/customscripts.sh.diff

For pf plugin, you can allow incoming udp or/and tcp ports by using
kenv variables at the
loader prompt, with respectively freesbie.pf.tcp and freesbie.pf.udp:

http://djdomics.free.fr/FreeBSD/freesbie2/patches/pf_rules.sh-1.diff
