Problem with xfce4

Hello, I have tried to build my own Freesbie distributions. (I focus
on students in  a french university). The build chain is ok, but at
runtime, xfce4 (which is the window manager I choose) complain about
/usr/local/etc/xdg/xfce4/xinitrc which is missing.

FreeSBIE-2.0-RC1-20061123.iso contain it. Any idea ? I have scanned
the .done file without success.

An other point : FreeSBIE-2.0-RC1-20061123.iso  does not contain a
keyboard selector like the 1.0 release ? I think it is a slowdown for
a wide adoption.
