I have a FreeSBIE image on USB ``thumb drive''. It was created using ``make flash''. This work fine (thanks!) on some systems, but on others, The loader dies. I understand this to be a problem with src/sys/boot/i386/btx (real mode vs. vm86 mode) and the suggested workaround is to use GRUB. Has anyone come up with a cook-book way to do this? Thanks in advance, doug -- FreeSBIE mailing list (http://www.freesbie.org)
