Some time ago, I was looking for a FreeBSD + GNOME live cd, but did not find any. [*] I decided to try to use the FreeSBIE scripts and build my own live cd with FreeBSD 7.0(-BETA2) and GNOME 2.20.. The result can be found here: http://gavare.se/freebsd-gnome-live-cd/ Maybe the modifications I made to the normal FreeSBIE scripts are not clean enough to be incorporated back into FreeSBIE itself, but I am posting this anyway. Perhaps someone finds it useful. Anders [*] Most FreeBSD live cds seem to use other desktop environments. -- FreeSBIE mailing list (http://www.freesbie.org = <http://www.freesbie.org/> ) ------_=_NextPart_001_01C82D11.269442FC Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <HTML dir=3Dltr><HEAD><TITLE>using FreeSBIE build scripts to build a = FreeBSD + GNOME live cd</TITLE>=0A= <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; charset=3Dunicode">=0A= <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.6000.16544" name=3DGENERATOR><BASE = href=3DHEAD>=0A= <BODY>=0A= <DIV id=3DidOWAReplyText27247 dir=3Dltr>=0A= <DIV dir=3Dltr><FONT face=3DArial color=3D#000000 size=3D2>I used a live = cd with FreeBsd/Freesbie v. 2.0.1.
