How to make write-read filesyste?

I have booted the iso, but the problem is, filesystem is in the read only permission, so i am unable to does anything in filesystem (except: /var or /tmp). So, do you have any idea what i should do? Or may b is there way that i change the permission of filesystem during it is mounted ?
