The same issue for me. I have SAN connected to 4 servers. I was searching for such fs for about a week several month ago. I have not found anything matching this task. What was close - CODA. Now i do not exactly remember why it was not suitable for me... If you found how to solve this question - mail me please, I`m very interested in it too. Link.
