I've used Radiator for many years (>10? Not certain exactly. I expect not long after it was released) and it's been rock solid. It is very flexible, easy to configure and not hard to customize if you need to do something unique. Used it for dialup, DSL, web, wireless mesh (WPA PEAP/LEAP) and basic web site authentication. I also used FreeRadius for a few months for a specific project and found I didn't care for it as much.
