I've been really happy at RootBSD (http://rootbsd.com/). They don't do webhosting per se; but they give you a VM with your favorite flavor of BSD installed. Not too expensive. I don't think I've waited more than 30 minutes from the time I put in a ticket until they've dealt with it. They're even making custom bgp announcements for me.
