Prestazioni ZFS

Salve, ho un server R720 con 2x6-core, 32GB ram, controller H710 (no JBOD) e dischi SAS da 15K rpm sul quale vorrei usare ZFS ed avvalermi di ZIL e L2ARC. Ho optato per creare il RAID10 HW e usare ZFS "on top" ma per quanto mi sforzi di impostare recordsize, parametri L2ARC non riesco ad andare oltre i 400MB/s in scrittura con un test usando dd if=/dev/zero of=file.out bs=16k count=1M Chiaro che 400MB/s sono pur sempre 3Gbps ma, avvalendomi di ZIL e L2ARC mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
