Aggiornamento da php 5.3.27 a 5.4.20 con errori?

Ciao a tutti,
ho appena compilato php 5.4.20, dopo aver tolto il vecchio php 5.3.27, con tutte le estensioni che avevo prima, ma da quando sono passato a php5.4.20 ho degli errori che credo siano inerenti a pear, tipo:

Ho provato a rimuovere e reinstallare il pacchetto pear 1.9.4_2 ma quando lo faccio ricevo una sfilza di errori simili: (questi sono solo una parte)
