Hello,

If I, or another contributor/committer would happen to rewrite 75%
or a greater amount of an article/chapter/section; which of the
following is easier for translators to work with?:

Is it better for translators if we remove that particular document
and just commit a new version.

Or

Is it better to commit the large amount of changes to the document
in question.

I just wanted to hear opinions on this because it is something
I've always thought about.
