Hello Italian translators!

I have some questions regarding issue's i walk towards in translating
the handbook (I am the projectleader of the Dutch Documentation Project)

- How do you handle multiple requests for the same documentation file?
(i clear this up, for example you and me both want to translate security
chapter, how do you arrange that within your group).

- How do you check documentation afterwards when it's translated, did
you all recheck the translations for common errors, translation errors? or?

- How do you manage the documentation in the group? Currently i recieve
emails with updates, and then i "commit" them into the local tree which
generates a handbook.tbz every 6 hours.

- How do you keep track of changes in the documentation? Since the
handbook changes from time to time, how do you keep track of it?

- Do you have any tips, what i did not ask yet, about what traps there
might be when being the projectleader for this?

Thanks in advance!
