Cavium/Octeon SDK Update

I'm looking to get a quote from someone to update the FreeBSD Cavium SDK to
the latest. I have the latest SDK in hand.
Ideally this would allow for a build of FreeBSD to boot on an Octeon-III
platform.
I can get reference HW if required.
