Coyote Point Systems is looking for a person excited to design and manage our formal software release and QA management process as well as develop software. This person must be able to suggest improvements and also implement them using their excellent programming skills (C, please) combined with their in-depth understanding of web infrastructure protocols and languages. This developer must be comfortable programming in a FreeBSD environment and ideally has written and debugged kernel code. A candidate for this position must understand the user experience and have a passion for continually improving that experience. The candidate must be able to work independently and evolve as the company continues to grow. Our dog-optional development office is located in the heart of friendly and bustling (okay, maybe not bustling) Millerton, NY about 2 hours from New York City, 3 hours from Boston, and only 5 hours from Montreal.
