Primary Skills:Quality Assurance Lead Engineer

Description:Requirements:
 BS/MS with at least 4-5 years of industry experience 
 7+ yrs web based application testing/lead experience
 Experience of defining and implementing QA process
 Ability to read and understand technical design specification documents
 Experience designing/implementing automatic test harnesses
 Good understanding of relational DB concepts
 Experience with Perl, and/or Unix Shell scripting required
 Experience designing/implementing automatic test harnesses
 Ability to design test plans and execute test procedures for complex applications
 Good knowledge of QA methodology, including L&P, highly desirable
 Experience with JUnit, HTTPUnit desirable
 Hands-on application-level experience with SQL databases (prefer Oracle)
 Experience developing database applications is highly desirable
 Experience with data-driven, white box test automation & system-level testing desirable
 Programming experience with Java is preferable
 Experience troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environment is preferable
 Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other Skills:
 Interactive Media, SEM, online advertising, or related industry experience a bonus
