1. Lead Software Engineer - Network Device Drivers and Protocols (Cupertino) 
=========================================================
A growing leading Silicon Valley company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Software 
Engineer. The successful candidate will own one or more software projects for 10GbE NICs and Offload 
Engines under Linux and/or Unix and/or Windows Operating systems. 

Requirements: 
---------------------
4+ years of recent experience with Linux, any flavor or Unix or 
Windows network device drivers and protocols is required. 
Working knowledge of kernel internals and debugging 
techniques is required. 
Knowledge of networking, storage and iWARP/RDMA 
protocols is desirable. 
Experience with developing Infiniband or iSCSI 
software is a plus. 
Device driver development experience in Windows is a 
plus. 

2. Senior Software Engineer, File Systems Team - Sunnyvale 
==========================================
Essential Functions:
------------------------------ 
Participate in all phases of a product development 
cycle: from product definition and design, through 
implementation, debugging, testing, and release. 
He or she will also interact with and influence other 
engineering groups, customer support, marketing, and 
sales in support of that work. The engineer will work 
collaboratively with many other engineers, and may be 
asked to take on any engineering task that contributes 
to the company’s success. 

Qualifications: 
Must have design and implementation experience with 
UNIX or UNIX-like OS kernels. 
Must have hands-on development of kernel software 
subsystems like file systems, scheduler, and/or 
virtual memory. 
Expert level knowledge of C 
Proficiency in algorithm design 
Minimum BS CS/CE or equivalent.
