We're no longer a startup, yet we're certainly a young fast-growing company.  With that, our Engineering process and tech are being overhauled end to end.  With enthusiastic support from the entire business, our Engineering team is making epic progress this year.

Our tech revolves around internet facing, user transaction based web applications, driven by match algorithms and data.  Our internal environment is growing into loosely coupled service based applications.  As a heterogeneous language shop (yet python-heavy), our baseline for tech is UNIX.

For this role, an ideal candidate could be:
- *BSD/UNIX oriented Sysadmins
- Anyone who's worked on FreeBSD/Ports Release Engineering, or appreciates the *BSD release cycle
- Sysadmins who prefer the UNIX philosophy (Doug McIlroy style)
- Jr/Mid level Sysadmins who want to master any of the above.
- Jr/Mid level Sysadmins who are sick of clicking buttons in irrational web UI's and want to actually engage systems...
