FTP: .html files dissappear when uploaded to server....

1. someone is using a windows ftp client to upload to a BSD apache server. 2. when you try to send a page to BSD server. The files is 0kb and the page dissapppears. 3. It says the page is there but it is 0kb 4. so if you go to it nothing is there.
