Blocklistd Issue

I edited the /etc/blocklistd file and changed the times and counts for =
some entries.  I restarted blocklistd and it is properly using the new =
values.  However, there are a number of "old" entries showing the old =
value but with a negative time remaining.  An example:

blocklistd	   xxx.yyy.54.97/32:80	OK	5/5	-5d-1h-25m-13s

These addresses are not in the pf anchor table.  They never seem to go =
away.  I have restarted blocklistd several times but no change.  Any =
suggestions on how to make them go away?  Thanks,
