I patched the samba port an used there lmdb0, installed the upgraded samba
package and locked samba now.

This should fix the problem for now.

As samba will not receive many updates this should work for some time.
If samba get an update, just patch it again to lmdb0, build package, 
install it and lock it again.

I do not understand the maintainer, why they insist on using lmdb version 1.

And the commit message does not match the action, maybe that was a 
mistake by the maintainer of the samba port.
