Curl with http3 support

Hi guys.
Who knows how to build static curl with http3 support? In ports, make config doesn't suggest HTTP3/QUIC option. I tried to build it using ./configure make, but it seems that openssl's from packages don't support quictls, which is required for successful building. And I haven't found prebuilt curl binaries with FreeBSD support either.
