I've had much more troubles with UFS, than with ZFS actually.
I used to use ZFS where it was better for the use case, but eventually I 
had to convert many UFS filesystem to ZFS, without any advantage other 
than stability.
I've also met silent data corruption in UFS in the past.

(Not saying that ZFS is perfect, but it's just also not the other way 
around).
