For 15.1-BETA1, the various:

<https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_release_1/>

show the actual packages. For example:

https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:aarch64/base_release_1/

shows the list of packages.

But for 15.0-RELEASE the various (other than armv7):

<https://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:15:*/base_release_0/>

get the expected:

<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
</Error>

I've no clue if this is deliberate or not.
