On the Release Information page https://www.freebsd.org/releases/ the line for 15.1 does not link the upgrading document. Neither is it linked when you click on 15.1 in the left hand menu to land at the announcement: https://www.freebsd.org/releases/15.1R/announce/ Only when you manually visit https://www.freebsd.org/releases/15.1R/ will you get links to all relevant files.
